Need Veteran Disney Help!!!!!

THIS MAY SOUND STUPID BUT TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY SINCE WE GOT BACK FROM DISNEY (BACK IN 10-02) THAT I COULD GET BACK ON THIS SITE I CANT EXPLAIN IT BUT IFEEL LIKE IM GOING THROUGH DISDRAWAL MY 2 KIDS AND I HAD A BLAST AT POFQ AND I FEEL LIKE PART OF ME WAS LEFT THERE I AM PLANNING OUR NAXT TRIP NOW AND I NEED SOMEONES HELP WHERE IS A GOOD REASONABLE PRICED RESORT TO STAY AND HOW CAN I PLAN AND MAXIMIZE MY MONEY WITH GETTING RESERVATIONS I HEAR PACKAGES ARE TOO $$$$$ BUT HOW DO YOU DO IT AND AM I ALONE IN HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE WHOLE DIS EXPERIENCE THANK-YOU !!!!!!!!!

The first thing you ned to do is decide on your budget.
Then figure out if you want to stay on-site, or off-site, and for how many nights.

I think once I had that information I would be able to help you a bit more.

It will give you lots of information on WDW. You can learn about discounts, when the seasons are, etc.

is a big factor.......I have been to deluxe......moderates and value resorts.........we liked them all.......will be doing a value resort on our next trip......we love All Star Movies and their food court.......another option is .......Dreams Un......they will continue to find discounts for you even after you book with them.........they keep right up on different pkgs and discounts.........ask for some prices.......see if they are in your budget.........and please come to chats ......we have chats on anything disney ......monday tuesday and wednesday evenings and would love to answer your questions..........we went to Disney four times in a 11 months time span ......and came back in april............I have withdrawals bad........it is just US......we all love disney

I Believe Doc will be soon opening a rehab for people like us. Every since I came home in May, all I've done is start planning on the next trip and how we are getting there!!! You are not alone.

Another option would be to rent DVC points or stay at a 1 br at the home away from home resorts where you have a full kitchen ( stove..etc) and bring along food and you could save money on meals.

Yes, I too, am one of you--a disneyholic. But there are worse things we could be addicted to right? It all makes sense, Disney represents "goodness" I honestly think something God would be proud of. It brings families together, it creates warm, wonderful memories. Being in Florida makes it even better, it's picture perfect. Because of it's goodness, we are drawn to it. In a world where morals and values seem to sometimes be a thing of the past, Disney seems to be that lost world, where familes have a great time together, where married couples find romance, where couples get hitched and rehitched....WDW has become something to look forward to...we wait so long for our trip to come and then it seems to go by so quickly and we are back to reality. The only way I get through the "disdrawal" (good word for it by the way) is to get back on the planning wagon and dream about the next trip, I have less than a year to go until I get back to the magic, but all of you, here on the DIS, makes those days count down alot quicker. Thanks to all of you!
