My window is opening up soon :goodvibes

Trying to finalise my ADR schedule - when we are in HS Fantasmic takes places @ 6.30pm so we will be eating afterwards at Hollywood Brown Derby. How long does the show go on for?

Thanks Disney Friends :)

I heard about 25-30 min BUT what about doing the Hollywood Brown Derby F! lunch package to have priority seating for F!? I am going in Nov to the 630 and am doing the F! lunch package

We did that last time and it worked perfectly time-wise as the show was at 8pm although I wasn't that impressed with the priority seating, it was right over to the side of the stage.

This time, being at 6.30 we would have to eat dinner at around 4.30 to get there on time as eating will take around 2hrs and 4.30 is a little to early for us.

I would make the ADR for 7:30pm. That should give you plenty of time to make your way out of the theater and right down the street to HBD.

Thanks so much momto2inKC - that would also be a perfect time for dinner :thumbsup2

OK I'm going to go against the grain here and give you my opinion of our experience. We had an ADR @ Mama Melrose (best choice of the restaurants IMO) at around 3:30. We had to wait for our table, the food was mediocre, not horrible but very overpriced. Then we had to meet at the "designated area" like an hour before the show if I'm not mistaken, then we were taken to the seating area which was to the far right of the arena. Then we had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the show. All the waiting for eating, the expense and additional waiting for a seating area that wasn't in the middle (that might've changed..its been a few years) made it not worth our time or money. Sure you have to wait "stand by" for over an hour to get a seat, but if you factor in all the other running around and meals, to us it makes more sense just to do a stand by.

However, if you like the dining options, don't mind the food and/or prices and want a confirmed seat I'd say definitely go for it! I have more time than $ and since I'm waiting one way or the other, think I'll pass on the F! package. Just my .02 :goodvibes

I agree - like I said, we did the F! last time and I wasn't impressed with the seating .... we LOVE Hollywood Brown Derby, great food, ambiance etc so will eat there - my question was not about the package it was how long does the show go on for so I make my ADR for after
