Need to vent.....

Ok I am new to this site as I never knew this was even here. As a lifelong Disney fan I am truly bummed at the Disney Store with an order I placed. December 1st the new tsum tsums came out and I got up at 430a to order the Winnie the Pooh new ones. Low and behold I saw that 6 Disney Park tsum tsums were there. I ordered all 6 for my daughter with no problems. Fast forward 11 days I get an email stating 2 of them are not coming. How can Disney all of sudden have zero of the ones I paid for 11 days earlier. Being a disney fan of 40+ years I can say I am truly disappointed for the level of service I was given. Guest services was absolutely no help. I ordered 4 diff times for Christmas gifts and I feel let down. Sorry to vent but Disney dropped the ball on this one. Anyone ever have any issues like this?? I have ordered many times with ease. Ohhh well I guess it is what it is.........
 
I have had this exact issue with the tsum tsums. It is very annoying, many would rather not have any of one collection if they are not going to get the complete set. I had a set for a gift with the same issue and had to spend all day calling around to find the missing ones and pay multiple shipping charges to complete the set.
