Need to replace Nine Dragons....

We have all of our ADRs for our upcoming trip and we decided we do not want to do Nine Dragons since hubby saw that there isn't anything on the menu he really wants to eat this time around. I am not sure what to replace it with. We are going to be on the regular dining plan so we have 10 TS. Here is what we have right now:

Spoodles [breakfast, OOP]
Tutto Italia
Liberty Tree Tavern
Hoop Dee Doo
The Wave
Le Cellier
Chef Mickey's [dinner]
Teppan Edo
Crystal Palace [dinner]

What would you add to that list for the final TS?

P.S.
We did Boma's last trip and did not really care for it. Also, we have already done Ohana's so we are passing on it this trip.

Have you been to Biergarten? It's my favorite. I was very nervous about trying this one (after reading the menu), but it turned out to be great. Great food and entertainment. The last time we went to Nine Dragons, we didn't like it.
