Currently I was slated to leave for WDW day after Thanksgiving. Due to a surgery my DD had in SEptember it is being recommended we hold off on flying - she had ear drum replacement and the pressure from flying, etc. WDW travel told me since I purchased insurance I could submit a claim and get refunded for my airfare b/c she told me trip insurance was NOT transferrable to another pkg. I think this is wrong information. Iwant to keep my same reservation number, just move the dates. Granted, the promotion I am under will have expired but I am pcking new dates. I guess I question is it worth it to cash in the travel insurance, get my SW airfare credited back to me OR, if I am correct, Keep the original reservation number, move the travel insurance to the new dates and just take a credit on SW for June airfare purchase. I CANNOT FIND anywhere on that SW flight their policy for cancelling flights....Any ideas????
