Need to be dropped off at WDW and picked up offsite - can Mears do this?

We are staying our first 4 nights on Disney property and then our last 3 offsite due to a convention of DH's.

Can Mears accomodate us and how do I arrange that?

I've only ever taken Mears straight to and from WDW.

If Mears offers service to the off-site hotel you'll be staying at, it won't be a problem. But, if they don't offer service (and I don't think they service all off-site hotels), you'll have to find other arrangements. Go to their website, www.mearstransportation.com If you click on reserve, and then click van, they have a list of all the hotels they serve. I'd call them directly to make ressies, since you have a different drop-off and pick off location.

Hi,

If you have to switch hotels, you might be better off reserving a car at the airport for your trip.

IMHO, a lot less hassle and offers flexibility for you since your dh will be busy the last 3 days. (shopping outlets, whatever).

I did the exact opposite a few years ago. It was not a problem. You call to confirm pick up time at your hotel anyway. Just make them aware at the airport in case there is a fee difference between the two hotels.
