Need times for end of breakfast,lunch times at different restaurants

Hello.

I am trying to figure out my ADR. I have to make my reservation this weekend.

I am trying to figure out if we snack in the AM then decide to do early lunch what time does the restaurants transition from breakfast to lunch menu. I was just wondering if i book an 11:00 time would that be considered lunch already or would they still be serving breakfast.

I would like to know the transition times for the following restaurants :

CRT
Akershus
Crystal Palace

CRT: Breakfast 8:05-10:40
Lunch 11:45-2:40
Dinner 3:50-10:00

Akershus: Breakfast:8:00AM-11:10AM
Lunch: 11:55AM-3:30PM
Dinner: 4:55PM-8:35PM

Crystal Palace: Breakfast: 8:05AM-10:30AM
Lunch: 11:30AM-2:45PM
Dinner: 3:15PM-9:30PM
