Need Survivor themed games for 10yo Bday party

My daughter is having her 10th Birthday next month and has her heart set on a Survivor Theme, complete with challenges. So far all I've been able to think up are:
1. Word Jumble - make up 4"X4" cards with letters, the kids have to unscramble them to spell out Survivor Seattle
2. Word Building - using the same letters, see how many words they can come up with in 2 minutes.
3. Lost Key - Each child gets a box filled with wood shavings with 3 keys hidden in it. The first one to find the key to open the lock on the treasure chest gets the goodie inside. Each child will get one working key in their box and two non-working ones.

Any other great ideas out there? I know some of you Survivor die-hards can come up with something!!

I like your ideas for #2, and #3.

Realistically, will a group of 10 yr olds be able to unscramble #1? Are you keeping the words separate? Or will all the letters be together? My DD will be 10 in a couple of months, and she is pretty smart - and I just think this activity would be more frustrating than fun for her whole group of friends.

What about finding out a couple of fun facts about each guest, and have a "guest trivia" contest. They've done something similar in most of the Survivor's, although I don't believe they did it in the last Survivor. I am sure most parents would have a fact or two about their children they could share.

You could give them all some play money & let them bid on prizes Some that they see before bidding~some that are surprises.

This could be a lot of fun. Broccoli milkshakes. Jelly and pickle sandwiches. Limburger cheese. The possibilities are endless and they wouldn't even have to eat BUGS.

Mchames, I thought of that one but my daughter nixed it. I was thinking more along the lines of lutefisk or pickled herring but she said it was too gross. Funny thing is, that's one of her favorite things to watch on Survivor and Fear Factor. Also, the last thing I need is some kid puking at the party

There is a "Survivor" board game, its dd's. I wonder if they have any good ideas? I'll look at it later and post if I see anything worthwhile.

I always use the site Birthday Ideas when planning a party. They have tons of party ideas that people have posted and I did a quick glance at some of the survivor parties and think you will be able to come up with way more ideas than you need. I am trying to remember the Girl Scout camp we went to that had a Survivor theme.

"Trust Walk" teams- everyone is blindfolded and holds onto the waist of the person in front of you. You have someone lead them around by voice. This has to be done outside.

Create your own "flag" with your tribal theme. Everyone from the team drew something on it.

They had actually picked out countries from Africa and we had to create a song using things associated with "our" country.
(How our team (country) was the "best".)

You could check out girl scout stuff. They might have ideas there too.

I just thought I would let you know that our Dollar Tree store here has Survivor computer games (i couldn't tell you which tribe). Maybe you could get those and hand them out as favors. Darn cool (and cheap!) party favors!

We did a Survivor night at school a couple of years ago for our Mother/Daughter event. Here are a couple of our "stations" that we had set up:
--"Name the Islander"...we had a board set up with famous islanders such as Gilligan, Richard Hatch (we are in RI), Brooke Shields, etc.
--"Name the Island"...used a map and they had to find the island
--We did a food challenge where the girls had to spin a wheel to see what their assigned food would be. There were fun foods included too so it was really a gamble. There was nothing terribly gross...baby food, canned spinach, vienna sausages.

The girls were assigned to one of two tribes and they competed to see which tribe got the most points at the end of the night.
