Need support for John, Kevin & Dreams Unlimited


Added my 2 cents, although John has been very eloquent and responsive in his post. I am always impressed with his professionalism.
 
Some people just like to hear themselves kvetch.

I found it pretty telling that John tried not just once, but several times to get feedback in order to improve the dissatisfaction among the griping and whining.

The last post I saw him make stated that only one person responded, and even then, it wasn't one of the people who kvetched on the thread. :rolleyes:

I think it would be a bit disingenuous of me to post to this thread, as I don't have any other business with DU other than booking the next podcast cruise. I am perfectly satisfied with my communication with DU, but I don't think I'm qualified to give an opinion on that thread.
 
Dreams Unlimited helped my family with s stay at Gaylord Palms last year. Also, DU helped us with our Pop Century Res for this December. I will also be using them to book a stay in November.

Dreams has been great to work with.:thumbsup2:):):):)
 
I added our thoughts and it seemed a few people on there were just saying things for the sake of posting :confused3 I wish I had that much free time :lmao:

I agree. Let's not make it us vs. them. I like DU. I used them in May for my first cruise and will again. With that said......It's a business. When you own a business, everyone will not be happy. DU is successful, so they're doing something right. Pete and John welcome criticism. Isn't that why we like the podcast? Isn't that thread a representation of what they're all about?

Unfortunately, no it wasn't. :sad1: I didn't expect to cruise at all, but the kids sail free promotion changed my mind. My son didn't have to miss school, so we went on May 21st.
 
We all know that John et al don't need us to fight their battles, but I stuck my oar in too :goodvibes:thumbsup2
