Need suggestion for a thank you gift

My family is in the process of adding to our family through adoption. We have a screenprinting business, and we thought it would be nice to make thank you t-shirts for our adoption specialist, DCFS field worker, PRIDE trainers and maybe the people who filled out our referrals. I've come up with a few ideas, but none that really seemed "perfect." Anybody got any great ideas? Here are my possibilities so far:

I helped build a family

I helped someone adopt a child

Maybe on the back:

be a part of the solution...become a foster or adoptive parent

All these people are women, so I'm thinking of doing these on a chocolate brown shirt with hot pink ink.
