Need some web site wording help

Hey! I'm trying to update our wedding website for our guests and I need some help. How do I best write out the Illuminations dessert party? I have the date and time, but I need to write out where we'll meet (the International Gateway I assume since we aren't using transportation), how long it'll be, what it'll entail.
