Need some Quick advice.....

I am about to iron on some light transfers on white shirts. Any quick tips/advice????????

I am doing it on my 19 year old kitchen table with a cutting board covered with a white pillow case that will go inside the shirt. I am going to iron the shirts and the pillow case.

Oh, I forgot what setting should I set the iron at? I know no steam, but should it be medium or high?
