Need some motivation help

I just got back from vacation and I am having a really really hard time getting back into the swing of things.

I don't want to drink my water, I only want carbs and the idea of my vitamins etc is making me gag. I am finding tons of excuses to not go the gym.

HELP!! Anyone else go through this. I am so afraid I will sabotage my hard work.

I am down 98lbs and feel like I am getting comlpacent. I would like to lose 50 more but can't seem to get back into it.
 
I know that sounds trite, but you need to recommit to yourself and to those of us here on the boards that you can and will get back on track after a vacation blowout.

Are you on SBD or Atkins? I assume one or the other due to your carb reduction. It sounds like with the cravings you are having that you may need to spend 1 or 2 weeks in Induction or Phase 1.

I am so inspired by your weight loss. I also have a lot to lose. I lost it once, but then started eating carbs again. Be careful, they come back much faster than you lost them!

You can do it, and we can help!

I agree, "just do it! The longer you stay off plan the more weight you will gain back. You don't want to do that.
