What software do you all use to print onto the iron on transfers? :confused3
I was trying to just do it in Word, but there is so little flexibility with it. I can't get it to do Landscape and Mirror Image at the same time, so I cannot make the name I am trying to print very big at all. I'm sure Word is not the best choice and I am wondering what others use.

TIA!!!!

I can't help much, but at least this will bump you back to the top! Are you making your own design or was it made for you, and you saved it in Word? I haven't printed mine yet, but from what I've read on here you do not have to change it to mirror image if it's printed on dark tranfer paper. I'm nervous to print mine. I 've read about alot of different problems with printing and ironing! Good luck. I hope someone else can help you!

Hi ! Thanks for the bump. :)

I have the images just saved as .jpg files but then imported them into Word to print them. My computer is archaic and I am having trouble printing from my kodak easy share software. Sigh. I wanted to do landscape so that I could make the name design bigger. I finally used the software that I have to create cards and address lables, etc. I was able to do it as a small banner. :confused3 It worked, so I guess that is what counts. :woohoo: Here is the back of the shirt ...

I used Word to do all of mine. I used mostly dark transfer paper, so I only had to "flip" a few (the ones I did on light transfer paper.) To flip mine, I just had to select that I was printing t-shirt transfers (instead of "Plain paper") in the printing options. I did a test print and it automatically printed it backwards. It did NOT show that way in the print preview FYI. I hope this helps!

Hmmm ... I'll to see if I have the tshirt tranfer option. I've never seen that. Thanks for the tip, this is really helpful! :thumbsup2

I use Microsoft Picture It. It works wonderfully! Very easy to work with. In fact I spent the last two days printing all our shirts and will posting the final products here tomorrow! :thumbsup2 They have been sooo much fun to make..Very addicting!
