Need Some Information on Gifting Dream Ears> Just got my 2nd pair

Hi everyone,

Well I have been trying all month to get my sister and I dream ears and it seems my character is successful and hers is not. I've heard it discussed that staff are allowing players to gift ears if they already have a pair. I would really like my sister who' "Skigrl" on VMK to recieve these ears. Can anyone tell me how I can do this? I was not around when the ears were gifted.

I guess you have to ask the host at the time you get them. But even that doesn't always work .. I asked for my ears to be gifted but host forgot

Yes, sometimes the host will allow those in a room who have ears already to gift them to a friend. They don't always offer this extra service, sometimes i think they just don't have time. But you would have to have been there, to say it before she places them into your inventory. Don't give up, though. Since they are in your inventory, IF they do become tradeable after dream month, then you'll have them to give to your sister.
(which is likely, but no staff has confirmed).

I have heard that when the host annouces that they are giving ears you are suppose to ask if you can gift yours before they start to take the names. I tried this twice this week, once with Hula and once with Fin and both times was told they are not doing that anymore. I was very sad as I have been trying for weeks to get a pair for my hubby. So I guess it depends on if they are in a hurry or not but I did not have luck with it this week. Fin said it takes so much more time and I do agree with her especially since it is easy to miss titles being shot out left and right while you are trying to get everyones title that is already in the room.
It doesn't hurt to ask though but just be aware that they don't always allow you to gift the ears.
The happy news is after weeks of wiating he finally got his ears last night as he was in the right place at the right time Thanks Fin!!!! He is so happy now
I have to say that this month while it has been frustrating for some, overall has been a great month! Many thanks to the hosts and vmk staff for all your hard work and the amazing prizes you have brought to us!!! Hugs!!

I sent a suggestion to contact us to help with those people who have extra dream items and want to give.

People who have extra dreams items should have the ability to go to contact us and select an option called "give a dream to a friend". (Similar to Holiday Gifts last year.) That way, people can give their friends dreams if they have extra's. Also, both parties should receive a message that their gift was given/received and by who.

I would really hate to see these items become tradable when so many people do not have any. These are dreams so let people get the chance to give dreams to their friends.
