Need some help please

Ok we're members of the DVC ( northern ireland lol )-- and my wife and i are checking in to Vero Beach late on tuesday 14th Oct. Now its our Wedding anniversary the next day. So what i was wanting was for the room to have some balloons + small bottle of bubbly and some flowers -- for arriving that night.

So heres the question can member services help me with this or would i be better ringing Vero direct?????

Great golf area .
I would try the resort as you are sure the message gets thru.
Who are you using to fly there?

We fly Virgin into Miami then drive up. Are you DVC members too? if so what part of Northern Ireland you from?
