I am supposed to be able to be making Fastpass+ at midnight, but am not allowed to go past May. Calling Disney I am just getting the "we are closed message." What should I do?

Just did Fastpass+ for our upcoming trip on April 1. It was my experience that you will not be able to "see" the dates until Fastpass+ for those dates opens (usually Midnight). However, Fastpass+ will not open until the last park closes and Magic Kingdom is open until 1am tonight so you probably will not be able to get in until 1am EDT. We found the system very easy to use once it opened - my daughter & I had finished fastpasses for a 6 day trip for 7 people including Ana & Elsa, 7DT & Toy Story Mania by 1:07 and had logged in at 1am.
