Hi,

it will be our first trip to WDW!
We come from germany - so we only have been at Dinseyland Paris.
There you get your breakfast when you book a hotel!

I know its not the same at WDW.

So do you have any ideas where we can get a good and not so expensive breakfast?????

Where are you staying and what kinds of breakfasts do you like (big buffets where you can have all you want or smaller ones, maybe yougurt and cereal with fruit)? This will help me guide you in the right direction :)

We will stay at AKL!

Buffet is nice - but doesn´t has to be!
Oh - I´m there with my friend
no kids!

Crystal Palace has the best breakfast buffet, we have found, yet.

Wispering Canyon is our favorite breakfast (family style, loads of fun)

All the baked goods are great, so any counter service/bakery is good for quick eats.

A filling, "cheap" breakfast? Try the Breakfast Pizza! Yum! Yum!

Since you are staying at AKL, I think you should definitely try Boma! I have not been myself but have read great things about it. Check out the menus on allearsnet.com. Also, most of the counter service places in the parks have quick, inexpensive breakfast options.....you can find these menus on allears as well...have a nice trip!

When we stayed to POFQ we ate in the food court everyday and it was plenty enough to share. We had the King Creole platter ($5.59) but it had bacon, eggs, potatoes and a biscuit that was plenty to share. It looks like Mara at ALk has the same thing. DH one day had a HUGE ham omlett. We were on the dining plan and just used counter service for a breakfast (shared) and then shared the other persons counter service for lunch. And then did a table service dinner. I did pack some Pop Tarts and granola bars but we never touched them, we were too full.

AKL has both food court for fast, cheap breakfast, and also a table service restaurant or 2 for breakfast. Also, all of the parks have something, a bakery for a pastry and coffee, or a counter service with similar offerings of the resort food court. There are also breakfast buffets available at several resorts, and in some of the parks

You can always just get something in the parks. We love the Main Street Bakery in the Magic Kingdom for instance, you can get rolls, quiche and my favorite the French Toast loaf--all very reasonable and fast!!! Most of the parks have breakfast food available as do the "counter service" type restaurants at all the resorts. You can even get yogurt, cereal/milk etc from the hotel "stores". Have a great trip!!!!

If going to MK that day, I would suggest Crystal Palace or Chef Mickey's at the CONT. Both are buffet and character meals and it may be nice to enjoy a big breakfast and be silly before going to the MK. Another suggestion would be Main Street Bakery, warning the bakery can be addictive and you may find yourself back there many times during the day. At MGM the Starring Rolls Bakery is nice, once again a bakery but it is nice to sit on the patio outside and people watch everyone hustling down the street while you enjoy your breakfast. If we are going to Epcot or AKL we always get up early and have breakfast at the hotel at the food court. Hope you have a great time! :)

I believe the least expensive breakfast buffet on property is the Trail's End at Fort Wilderness. It's only 11.99 (plus tax and tip) per adult. Quite a bargain for an all-you-can-eat at WDW! It's also a nice boatride from the MK.
