Hello! I am looking to rent a 1 bdrm villa for the dates of July 25th-29th. Would prefer 'BeachClub' or 'Wilderness'. I am new to this and am wondering if the $10 per point includes all taxes and fees?! thanks so much! You can reach me @ beani@verizon.net
