Need Opinions On Stroller Sunshades

We will be taking our 1 year old in April and we are thinking about buying an add-on sunshade for our Peg Perego Pliko stroller. Has anyone used these and if so, do they work well and should I get the canopy type or the mesh-only type? Are they easy to remove and put on?

They have little umbrellas that attach as well. The problem with sunshades down here is that no air gets to the kid and the heat and humidity can really take a toil. You can get a baby safe stroler fan to attach that can help with that if you get the shade. My DD always just used the canopy on the stroller plus the fan and it seemed to be fine. The umbrella can help at those times when the canopy just does not help where the angle of the sun is.
