I have made reservations at the following places for myself, DH and our 4 DD's. Chef Mickey(dinner), Princess Storybook Dining at Restaurant Akershus(lunch) and 1990 Park Fare(breakfast). Which would be best? Which did you like? We will probably only do 2 of the 3. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

You may want to post on Dining Board...

- Chef Mickey's typically gets very high reviews from everyone.
- Akershus - I think I've read some haven't been happy with menu choices if you have picky eaters
- Park Fare - we've done for dinner with the princesses and my girls loved it ! The food is also very good quality and we will do it again this year. Not sure of the breakfast experience tho -

We've done Chef Mickey's for breakfast (loved it!!) ... only DD 4 was there as DD 2yrs was at our vacation home sick as a dog with dh. :sad1: So my parents and I took our 4 yr old. We have also done the 1900 Park Faire for dinner the last two years. This is their favourite!!! Of course it is because of Cinderella ... a hero in our house ;) We live, breathe and sleep princesses!!!!! (I always thought I'd have boys ... never dreamed I'd have girlie girls  ... but I AM loving every minute of it!!)

We are going to do the Park Fare breakfast this year because oldest dd is dying to see Mary Poppins!! So this will be her birthday breakfast (as opposed to birthday dinner with Cinderella). I am SOOO excited!!

We haven't done Akershus, so I can't really comment on that. However, we LOVE Chef Mickey's!!!! DS (2) had a blast! The characters not only come around to your table, but you have this big dance party in the middle of your meal - too fun!!! And the food is great, too! 1900 Park Fare we actually did before DS came along - it was very good, but seemed soooo crowded by the buffet areas. We would definitely go back with DS, though. You won't go wrong with whatever you choose. :flower:

Hey, Who all is with Mary Popins at the breakfast? What all do they serve, and is it better to go late vs. early?

TIA

PRINCESS MEAL ROCKS! TONS OF PRINCESS CHARACTERS TO SEE!

In 1991, I seem to remember having a really nice meal at Chef Mickeys at Downtown Disney. Is it the same? Same local? I don't recall any dancing. I just remember that Mickey came around to each table and kissed all the ladies hands.

We were at CRT for lunch in August and Mary Poppins was actually there.

I've been to all three. My least favorite was 1900 Park Fare.
