Need opinions of the new Holiday Inn on Hotel Blvd.

Just wondering if anyone has stayed at this property since it was taken over by Holiday Inn? We'll be staying here for the first three nights of our upcoming trip. Would like some insight on what to expect or perhaps what room to request.
