Ok DISers, I know where to turn for help...

I'm at a bit of a loss. I need one more TS res. We have the regular DP.

Here's what we have so far:
(we are a family of 5, fyi)

Le Cellier lunch
1900 PF dinner (just me and DD (4)...the guys are doing the P&P fireworks cruise that night
Tusker House b'fast
50's Prime Time lunch
Askerhaus lunch-me and DD/ Coral Reef lunch for the guys
Crystal Palace b'fast/Ohana dinner

Hopefully you can tell the parks we plan to be at each day based on our ressies, though we do have park hoppers so we're somewhat flexible.
One day we have no TS res and we will be at HS. I reserved the Imagineer lunch for only DH as a surprise, but that doesn't count as a TS anyway, so we have that whole day and nothing at HS appeals to me. I'm thinking of Boma or somewhere for dinner but I'm afraid we'll be too wiped out to head out to a different resort (we're at POR) in the evening. The guys actually have a second TS available to them but chances are we won't end up using it, no big deal.

HELP!

I love the Garden Grille at Epcot - Its in the Land pavillion at Epcot. The food is wonderful... its all you can eat served Family style. The restaurant rotates and takes you through scenes of the Living with the Land ride. and Mickey, Goofey and Chip and Dale will come to your table for a visit!! Its great for the entire family!

You have some excellent ADR's! Lots of our favorites! Your list looks a lot like our Aug plans. :goodvibes

We also love Teppan Edo, Tutto, Kona and Sci Fi. :)

I haven't been to GG since DS 15 was about 6! LOL! We enjoyed it back then, but lately it feels like I'm reading a lot of not so great reviews???
Definitely a good suggestion that I'll keep in mind! Thanks!

Great minds think alike! LOL!
Honestly I'm really dying to try the food at AKL, and I'm blessed with kids who are most definitely NOT picky eaters. (my 7 and 4 year olds love sushi, for example)
I like the flavors at Tusker House so much, and it's by far my favorite buffet so I'd like to try try more of those inspired tastes and better!!!
DH is all about going to Japan for sushi and while that sounds good, we have a great sushi place here at home where we eat regularily so I'm not in a hurry to do it on vacation, kwim??

If you want to see the Fanstasmic show at DS, you could consider booking a fantasmic dining ressie at one of the 3 DS restaurants (BD, H&V, MM). ANd there are some interesting restaurants in the boardwalk area, not too far from DS if you think you may not want to travel - that would include the ESPN club where you could also use up the 2 extra TS credits the guys will have left over.

Boma's is great, but you're already doing Tusker House - they're very similiar. Since you're at POR, why not ride the boat behind the resort over to Downtown Disney, lots of restaurants over there to try.

But with 2 younger kids, how about a dinner or lunch over at Chef Mickey's at the CR? Your character meals are princesses & Pooh/friends - how about classic Mickey?

If too many character, the restaurant in France is close to the boat dock from DS & very good if you think your kids would go for it. Might be a good treat for you & hubbie.

Have a great trip!

I would also suggest Chef Mickey's for supper. When we were there with out three kids (6, 9, 12 at the time) it turned out to be their favourite meal. It is the one that they still talk about and the one that our oldest chose as the place to go for his birthday when we return to WDW this August.:goodvibes

Our little ones like the atmosphere at CM too, but DH and I think the food is disgusting and the place is filthy...LOL! So we're skipping it this time.
You'll like having your DSs birthday there though. That's what we did last summer when DS turned 7.

In the end I was able to book Les Chefs de France for not long before Illuminations, so I think that will go over really well with all of us.

I have to say I feel REALLY lucky about the way I ended up being able to book all our meals and we got some great time slots!
