Need OKW Reservation, 4/12/03-4/17/03. UPDATE: I HAVE MY RESERVATION!!!

I am a first time renter looking for a reservation at OKW from 4/12/03-04/17/03. I'm interested in a studio and I understand the ressie will require 87 points. Hoping to get the reservation for $10 or less/pt . I would like to pay 50% when the reservation is confirmed and the balance by mid feb but I'm definately up for negotiation.
