Need offsite hotel near AKV for 1 night

I need recommendations for an AFFORDABLE (less than $75) offsite hotel closest to AKL. We just need it for one night (5/31) before we check into our villa. We will be using it for sleeping only, don't need transportation or breakfast or anything like that; but we do want something safe and comfortable. TIA!!!

Have you looked into Silver Lake resort? Very close to the Animal Kingdom...

can't personally vouche for it, had it booked via an Entertainment rate a year or so ago awaiting a wait list that eventually came thru so i cancelled it.

Gets goods marks on TA & here in the past.

I stayed at the Best Western Lakeside a few years back (It was called Sheraton 4 points then-I think?-hope its the same one).

It was good. Like a motel but clean and safe and rooms were quite nice.
Breakfast was good. There was a bar/lounge which did food,a shop and pizza take-away/delivery and a games room.

Across the road were shops/supermarket.

There was good parking and good transport links (shuttles to WDW were free)

Very close to AKL and took about 10/15mins to get there (if I recall correctly and we are talking about same hotel!!)

if you use the back roads getting to AK could be less than 5 minutes.

for BW - just turn right on US 192 - then turn into QI - get on the road behind them (or you can go to the traffic light - but that takes a lot longer) - Black lake - at the stop sign turn left (Sherbert road) - at the traffic light turn right (left for AKL) - this road becomes Ocescla Parkway (sp)
