I am new to this website, so your help is appreciated. How do you bump a message back up to the top of the pages and pages of threads?

I read the FAQs and tried a search, but I couldn't find an answer.

Also, how many posts does it take to have "earned my ears"?

Does the post have to be bumped by another, or can you bump your own post?

Where do I find the "Spoilers" or answers for the Disneyland quests?

Thanks so much for helping?

You bump a message to the top by saying Bump! It counts as a post and new posts send the thread up to the top of the list.

Thanks!

I see the first part has been answered, and I can say the the second is over 51 posts.

It's actually called Mouskateer. I think it's 100 posts or 50 posts. Then after I think 500, you're a cast member Then after 1,000, you're a Dis Veteran.

Edit: Because of DizAnimator, It has to be 100 post to be a mouskateer

:thumbsup2

Thanks very much for the info!

But, more questions: Can you do it to your own post, or does someone else have to do it for you?

For example, I replied with this post to thank those with the answers for me, but my original post did not change position.

Also, where do you get the Spoilers for the quests=the answers for the quests at Disneyland?

Thanks again!

Welcome to the DIS boards, be sure to take time to study the stickies at the to of the board. They contain some of this useful information.

As a general rule, one does not really need to bump your threads or posts except in the trade forum where you will find a sticky with specific rules on trade thread. Sometimes moderator will have an important thread that needs to be read or something old needs reviving but otherwise threads either take off or they don't. Bumping your own thread could be considered double posting for one and secondly inflating your post count (but might be also looked at as an attempt to get attention).

If you replied to your own post then unless someone had posted at the exact same time your post moved up.

second question...The Players Guide stuck at the top of this forum.

you do not have to scroll in the index just click on the topic you want and it will take you to it either by opening a new page or taking you to that page depending on how your have your browser set up.

Good Advice Adventuredaz ;)

You would have needed to reload/refresh the page in order to see it yourself.
