Really looking for a cool idea for something to do in conjunction with the Food and Wine Festival this year. We love Disney in the fall, the Food & Wine in general, and this year our trip this year is during our 10th wedding anniversary , I really want to do something special. We have booked the GF Tea and our Anniversary dinner is at Citricos, but I am looking for something fun to incorporate the F&WF into our celebration.

We've done the passports. I talked him into shirts 2 times, so I don't really want to do that this time. One year I set up an Amazing Race type game through the countries of Epcot (prize was a build your own lightsaber). But I am drawing a blank this year. Though I think the prize should be a balloon ride as I've always wanted to do the Characters in Flight.

Turns our I've spent so much time planning the trip (1 week in Disney followed by 1 week in the Carribean) that I just realized we are 2 weeks before we leave, and I have no Epcot plan :sad2:

I read in a trip report somewhere something about a group that had to buy one food or drink item in each country without spending more than $20 or $30--something like that. I could maybe do something with that, but I need some type of scorecard/country list....but I guess since it is F&WF that kiosks would be fair game?? Just not seeing how to put it together quickly.

I don't know, but I know you are a creative bunch who've helped me a ton in the past. Ideas anyone?!

This isn't too creative and is not a DISign but one thing I've considered is buying something in each country. These were thought I had
-Christmas ornament - if you celebrate Christmas maybe this could be "your" tree or something?
-Candy
-Jewelry
And of course we always attempt drinking around the world.

You could ask for Happy Anniversary written in native language by a CM in each country - although sort of along the line of the passports. If you got it done on a photo matt, then put a picture of the 2 of you in the middle, that would be cute - if you stopped at the kidcot booths and used the different color sharpies they have, you wouldn't even need to bring colored sharpies (this is what we have characters sign with on our frames)

Thanks for your suggestions!! And 40 years married is impressive!!!!! My parents are hitting 45 this year and we are trying to figure out what to do for them.

I like the Happy Anniversary idea from each country .....need to find a way to get/make a scorecard for him to get his *prize*.....
