need lots of ? answerd for US/IOA newbie

This will be our first trip to US/IOA and I need some help from my fellow disers. We have always gone to disney the last 10 yrs so I'm not sure how thing work over at US/IOA. Anyone want to help me out? I have a million questions.

1. Is there any early/late entry for resort guest? Will be at the RPR. If so what time?
2.If we check in early on the 28th of november and out on the 29th will we get the FOTL on our room tix for both days.
3. When I made our ressie the lady didn't know where we could leave our luggage before/after checkout?
4.I understand we have to pay 14 per nite to park is it per hour or day/nite at the resort?
5. How do we get to the park from the RPR if we just want to leave the car at the resort?
6.How long of a wait will we have using the FOTL pass. Will be there the day after thanksgiving and saturday.
7.Anyway I can get some park maps mailed to me?
Any other tips I should know about?

The parks usually open a bit before the stated opening time. It is usually dead for the first couple of hours. Then you can use your FOTL when it starts getting busier.
Or, you can choose to sleep in, wander over to the parks when you feel like it, and still have a very short wait in any of the Express lanes. The one thing that is so wonderful about FOTL is that you don't have to plan and you don't have to be there at opening if you don't want to.

Absolutely. Your express access key is your hotel room key. Even if your room is not yet ready, you will receive your room keys - one for each member of your party. You can head over to the parks and use them right away. On the day of checkout, your room keys will be valid until park closing on the day you check out. The dates of your stay will be imprinted on them, so the ride attendants know the keys are still valid that day.

You can leave your luggage with the bell hop. When you return and get to your room, you just have to call and they will bring up your luggage. On check-out day, call the bell hop and they will retrieve your luggage and hold it for you until you get back from the parks.

It is per day. So, if you check in on Saturday and check out on Sunday, they will charge you 1 day of parking.

5. How do we get to the park from the RPR if we just want to leave the car at the resort?

Once you park your car, you will not need it again unless you are going off site somewhere. It is about a 7 minute walk along a beautifully landscaped path or a short boat ride to the parks.

6.How long of a wait will we have using the FOTL pass. Will be there the day after thanksgiving and saturday.

We have been there for the past two Thanksgivings. Express lines have never been more than 15 - 20 minutes. 90% of the time even shorter. Even at the peak time the day after Thanksgiving. The only time we have experienced a long wait is if the ride had gone down sometime earlier and they are still trying to clear the queues. But if that happens, just go to another ride and come back.

Thanks for all the helpful advise. I have one more questions:
Is there a list somewhere that list the names of the rides that the FOTL pass is good for?
My inlaws are going but they won't do any of the roller coaster rides or jerky rides and were wondering if they needed to stay on property for the FOTL pass.

The Express Plus passes are good for all attractions at both parks...with the exception of the Pteranodon Flyers at IOA. Hopefully the Express line is open now for The Simpsons but it doesn't sound like they would enjoy the ride.
