Need information on Beach Club Concierge

Has anyone stayed at or is going to stay at Beach Club Concierge? Any info would be good. We're going next Nov/Dec with 2 girls (age 4 and 19mos. then). DH and I stayed at Yacht Club concierge 4 years ago..I remember there being online somewhere maps of room numbers..anyone have that info? Also, any room recommendations? Thanks.

I think this is the website that you're looking for, http://www.disneyzone.net/bcresort.htm. We're leaving in about 2 hours for the Yacht Club concierge. I know that they share pre-planning staff and they are the most warm, friendly and helpful CM's that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

I was there this past March amd loved it. They got me everything I wanted, including an Illuminations Cruise. I can't help with room numbers, but some are dormer rooms and are a little smaller with a slightly smaller balcony.

Minnie, I like to be pro-active when it comes to concierge. We've done it a few times now and I think we were contacted once. Since then, I usually initiate an e-mail once I have my reservation. You mentioned that you weren't travelling until next year, but you might want to take a look at the priority seating calculator. I think the Hoop De Doo revue and the Polynesian Luau take reservations 2 years in advance. If you want the pre-planners to help you with those tickets, you can always drop them an e-mail now. Most of the other recreation and dinners are 90 days. The staff can put your requests into their computer as a "pending" item and it will pop up when it's time for them to make your reservation. A nice thing about the YC/BC/BW staff is that they sent out a nice big packet of information to me when I gave them my address. It contained park maps, a resort map, recreation info, and a questionnaire that we could fill out with any special requests. I think it's May that the dates are released for MVMCP and they can also purchase those tickets for you.

I hadn't thought about contacting them to make my PS as I usually do that myself, but that is a good idea. DH and I have been to Hoop Dee Doo before, but this is our first trip with kids (at the time will be 4yo and 18mo) so we'll be skipping them this time. Do you have the email I should use? I have a few ideas..especially the day we want to have breakfast at the castle....that they may be able to help with. Thanks!

We have stayed at BC Concierge several times and have never had a bad experience. Their CM's are among the best in any resort. They're friendly and helpful.

If you don't see something you need, ask. If you're not sure of something pertaining to your plans, ask.

The food offerings are excellent and the lounge is nicer since they rearranged it.

We stayed there in April of last year and will do the same in June this year.

I can say that it was nice - we ate breakfast there every morning and had a snack at night as well. You had to ask for soda and bottled water which was kind of weird and awkward. Don't get me wrong - I enjoyed it - but the service and offerings were not on the same level as some other hotels I've stayed at. Conciergeat the Hard Rock was awesome though!

And by the way - I did see Al Rokar and his family there every morning so that was kind of cool.
