Hi!

My son's 3rd grade class needs to do reports on Disney Characters. DS has chosen Stitch.

I have been searching the net and am only coming up DVD info, but nothing about the characters themselves.

Does anyone know of any websites that I could find info on? Any suggestions on what he can include?

Thanks!

I don't know that there is more to Stitch than there was in the movies.

When Stitch's ride opened at WDW, Stitch had TP'd Cinderella Castle. And he had further vadalized the castle by writing "Stitch is King!" on it. It was soo funny! And there were "Wanted" posters up everywhere, because they were looking for him.

I have pictures of the TP'd castle, but don't know how to post! Maybe someone else will, if you want one.

Then he came out of the castle and a bunch of Elvis impersonators came out and danced.

He'd show up here and there in the park, but ran away when the Law showed up.

That's all I know about Stitch. (Except that his ride stinks. :) )

Thanks for the info.

I can't find my Lilo and Stitch DVD to watch it again to kind of get the story of how he came to be. I mean I know that he was an experiment , but can't remember the details, the names of the ones who created him and got rid of him.

I think he needs details abou the character itself. And he refuses to do another character, Stitch is his favorite. I j st dont know where to look.

That sounds pretty cool what they did at WDW for the opening of the ride. My DS loved the ride, I agree that it stinks too. We have a pic of a criime scene taped off where Stitch crashed a van outside the World of Disney with wanted posters. :stitch:

Watch the Lilo and Stitch movie it will tell you exactly how he came about. How he was hit by a truck and brought to the dog pound. Lilo chose him as her family dog. He of course got into trouble. That is where Ohana comes into the whole scene. Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.

He can get a pretty good report going just by watching the two movies. Also there is plenty about him in some of the past Disney magazines called Disney Adventures.

Good luck. Have fun. He is a real interesting fun character.
