Need inexpensive room in Panama City Beach

We have a nephew that is getting married on July 31st at Panama City Beach. We plan on staying the 30th and 31st BUT we do not want to pay over $100 per night.If we were going to pay that kind of money we would go to WDW!! We want to stay on the beach (not in city area). I have tried Priceline,Hotwire,Hotel.com,HotelKingdom.and Ebay.

We do not want a "fleabag"motel either. Does anyone know of a deal we can get? Or does anyone have a condo they are willing to rent to us (cheaply)??

We could camp but the whole reason we do not go to WDW in the summer is because of the heat so we do not want to camp in that heat.

Hi,

To stlay on at a nice Fl beach hotel in the summer is gonna be at least $l50 nitely.

Never been to PCB, but we were looking at hotels there last summer and the excellent Marriot Bay was coming up on priceline under $100.

I was going to suggest the Boardwalk Beach Resort but it looks like it would be at least $150 a night.

We love the Hampton Inn in PCB. Clean, friendly. It's not right on the beach but it's not very far from it. I am talking about the one on Thomas Drive.

thanks guys. I guess I will keep trying Priceline. I tried today but I really gave a low amount. I will keep trying that. I hate the beach because I am allergic to salt water. I would really rather not go and then go to their reception that they will have later here at home.

Well, the wedding in on the beach so we would like a place on the beach (but I HATE the beach) The reception is here where we live.

If you don't mind driving a little bit - Mexico Beach may be less expensive. It's a LOT smaller than PC and I know the prices used to be considerably less. I can't offer much help on PC as we have always rented a condo but I think even renting from a friend it was in the $100.00 range for the weekends during the summer.
