Need ideas on best place to get a child's birthstone ring

I've been looking around, not finding much. I have a very simple setting in mind. I did find one we liked, but it didn't come in my DD's size. Any ideas?

I would call a small local jewelry store about ordering something, or asking how many sizes they can go down in a ring. They may only be able to go 1 to 2 sizes different.

My Jewelry box has nice things and if you belong to Sunshine Rewards they give a % back. I've ordered a few things and have been happy with them.
