Need ideas for what to do our last day!

It turns out that with our return flight being changed to a later time, I now need to fill several hours of our last day. Here's the situation: We'll check out of SSR about 11:00 and ME will not be picking us up until about 2:30. What would you do with 2.5 hours to kill?

Going to a park won't make sense because I know I won't be able to get my crew up early and make it worth our while after a late night the evening before at MK.

I thought about scheduling a late character breakfast at Chef Mickey's but we have 2 teen boys (almost 19) and they have specifically requested no character meals and for the price, I don't want to force them to eat somewhere they don't want to eat.

My next thought was having lunch at Trail's End buffet but I was worried about the commute time back and forth.

Anyway, I'd appreciate any and all suggestions. We usually have a flight home earlier in the day and I'm running out of ideas.

I'd go on a hidden mickey hunt at the resorts! Lots of great lists on the web and this board. I also bought the "Hidden Mickeys" book and it provides actual scavenger hunts for the resorts. Also Downtown Disney

If you have enough room in your carry-ons you could head to a water park. Also your teen boys might enjoy Disneyquest and you could do quite a bit there if you get there when it opens at 10 or 11(it varies). They were the age that we really loved it.

I thought about Disneyquest, thanks for the suggestion. Maybe we could send them to DQ while the adults enjoyed a leisurely late breakfast or early lunch.

I like the hidden mickey idea too.
