Need ideas for healthy eating.

I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for places to eat that offer healthy food options. I will be on the dining plan. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone ever done Disney on Weight Watchers.

Well, everywhere has carrots and like that. I think Sunshine Seasons (at The Land in EPCOT) may be your best choice for CS, as they have fresh food grown right there . . . I guess it would help if I had more info about what you're looking for? (parks/resorts, CS/TS, with kids/without kids, etc).

I don't go on diets but I do tend to eat relatively healthily.

I have never had a problem on the DDP.

Pretty much every restaurant has salads and there are some really good ones around. You can always tell them to hold the dressings and sauces on your food at both TS and CS restaurants.

I have an 8 year old so up until now we have done a lot of character meals, which means buffets. The good thing with buffets is that you get to pick what you put on your plate.

Is it CS, TS or both you are asking about specifically?

CS restaurants generally have salad, grilled items and such that you can choose from to have healthy food.

I don't remember going to any TS that didn't offer a number of veggie options, as well as well-made, non-fried entrees. Take a look at allears.net to see the menus of the places you're interested in. They're listed by resort, park or DTD and are easy to see if it's CS or TS.
