Need Help with Toll Roads

I leave March 30th and it just occurred to me that I may have toll roads. We will be flying into LAX and driving to San Diego for 2 days then driving from San Diego to Anaheim. While in Anaheim my daughter and I will be driving to disneyland, LA Hollywood BLVD burbank Universal Studios Santa Monica Malibu poss laguna beach and Vegas. Will we hit any tolls?

im not from the area but I dont think there are any toll roads out there...we drove from Las Vegas to Anaheim and from Anaheim all around to Santa Monica Griffith Obs etc and never came across any

The only toll road I know of currently is from the 91 fwy in Corona to Irvine. You shouldn't hit any where you are going.

There are some freeways with toll HOV lanes, but you won't be able to use them unless you get a special transponder.

Sometimes my map program tries to take me on toll roads, but you can avoid them. My friend lives in Aliso Viejo and it always tries to put me on the 73. I think that's the only one that might be an option on your route from LAX to San Diego. If you do happen on one you can pay online within 5 days. I live out here, have gone to all the places you listed and have never been on a toll road in CA! In fact, I didn't even know there were any toll roads for the first several years I lived here.

You won't go on any toll roads for those drives. You will only be on 405 and 5.

You can stay on the 405 all the way to the 5 or you can bypass the 405/5 connection via the 73. I usually don't use it because I try not to drive through that area at high traffic times, but my friend who lives in area uses it all the time.
