Need help with three broomsticks breakfast!

I got transferred 5 times and then gave up when I called Universal.

So here's the story: I booked a package for October with my family and it includes the complimentary 3 broomsticks breakfast - but I could not set up my date and time online, it seemed to give me a default.

A few weeks later I set up a package for my sister and family to join us. Her package does not say anything about the breakfast?

Are they doing away with the breakfast being included? If my sister's family wants to join us, can they pay out of pocket?

I am so confused! If I want to change my default date and time, does anyone have a number to call?

Did you set up the actual Harry Potter package for your sister? The info about it on the Universal packages site shows that breakfast is still included (I can't say complimentary, as when I've priced it out, you pay more than the cost of a breakfast vs another package).


I would just call the "need assistance?" number that shows up on the packages page.

Yes, I did. It's really strange to me that there's no mention of it in the second confirmation. I guess I will try them again - hope it is just some kind of glitch.
