Need help with special touches at Disney

We will be going to Disney in the near future and I would really love to do some extra special things for dd3. It's her first trip, but it's a little bittersweet because one of our dogs died today quite unexpectedly, so we're feeling pretty down right now even though our trip will be here soon.
I heard something about special desserts at the castle and things like that, but I am having trouble finding information about these special touchs. Any ideas?

While I know about the dessert thing I really can't tell you much. Our family decided to pass on it as it was a little to $4 for our 3 & 5 yr old grandchildren. You might try getting reservations at one of the resteraunts that have characters if you have not already done that.
With that said, go to the Creative DISigns forum and you will find many ideas for special things to do. On the disigns thread you can have one of the disigns make a shirt disign with you DD's name on it. you can then print it out on transfer paper and put it on a t shirt for her. Another thing you can do if you don't have time for that is to print autograph cards for some of the more popular characters for her to get sign. The disign forum offers many ones to choose from and print on your home PC. Name badges, bag toppers for goodie bags, activity books, etc are all offered on the disign thread, just a click away at no cost other than printing it out.

Visit either BBB or the barber shop on Main Street in MK for some colored hair gel and pixie dust for her hair. She can wear it all day in MK and everyone will comment! My dd LOVES it.
