My neighbors and I have are having a little get together with a Spanish theme. We are all supposed to bring something to eat. It could be an appetizer, a main dish, or a dessert.

I'm not much of a cook, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for something relatively easy to make for our Spanish night.

TIA! :goodvibes

DD made Mexican Wedding Cake cookies for Spanish class, also called Snowballs. They are a cookies with pecans, baked and rolled in powdered sugar.

One year we were crunched for time and bought them at the grocery store bakery.
