Need help with personalizing clip art for upcoming cruise

Hello,

I hear from the moderators that this is the forum to go for when needing creative help. So, I'm hoping someone out there can help me. My family and I are going on an upcoming next week and we want to do door decorations. I've found some clip art on the different DIS forums that I'd like to personalize but I don't have the computer savvy to figure out how to personalize them. Can someone out there help me?

I have done a Disney cruise DISign. Which ship?

Here is a sample:

Note that I left space at the top for name. I have both Mickey and Minnie versions! (for both ships and 2008 or 2009)

Thanks for responding to my post. I have some clip art that I have found on these forums that I saved to My Pictures that I'd like to personalize. For example, I have a Tinkerbell that I'd like to put my daughters name on. Can you help me with it? I'm not quite sure how to get the clip art from "my pictures" to here so you can see what I'm talking about. Sorry I'm so computer challenged.
