Need help with iron ons please

Hi! We have taken a few trips to WDW and have booked another one for this summer! We have made tshirts with iron ons in the past. Some started peeling right away and other shirts we have continued to be able to wear for years. I am thinking that it is the type of iron on transfer that we are using. Can anyone tell me what the best kind or brand is? If anyone has any other tips, that would be fabulous too!

I bought the transfer paper from amymickey as well. I made numerous t-shirts for my whole family and at Christmas made a few aprons. They were very easy to work with and have been washed numerous times and still look great.
