I designed my own photo holiday cards this year in Photoshop. The image size I used was 5x7 and they look great on the screen and when I print them at home but when I saved them as a .jpg and uploaded them to an online photo place to be printed it said the quality wasn't good enough.

Should I be using a larger image size? Or am I doing something else wrong?

Thanks to anyone who can help me you are all so talented!!!:lovestruc

It is probably not the size that is the problem - it is probably the resolution.

Most online printing places recommend/require the designs to be in 300dpi.

I am not sure what you designed the originals in, but it could be that you designed them in 72 dpi because that is what is acceptable for most other projects. I hope this helps.

Amy as always you are wonderful!! Thank you so much, I checked my images and they were at 72 dpi, don't know how I missed it. Thank you again!!!
