need help with hotel in georgia

Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Savannah Conf Ctr Exit 94 off of I95? Any comments on this hotel? I am looking for a nice, CLEAN hotel to spend one night in on our way down to WDW. Thanks for your help!!

Can't help w/ Savannah, but if you are able to get down the road a bit, the Hampton Inn in Brunswick is where we always stay. Neat, clean, quiet, and walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Shoney's.

I'll also chime in that if you want to drive a little more south, the Country Inn and Suites in Kingsland GA was real nice. They have a complimentry continental breakfast. AAA rate was around 69.00 Applebees was within walking distance. It was around 3 1/2 hours drive time to WDW from there.

Any indoor pools? The promice of a swim is going to be the only thing to get us that 11 hours!

We stayed in that Holiday Express in Feb. 2003., I got a a rate of 59.00 and it was well worth it. It was very clean.

It was a suite so all of us fit in it very comfortably and i would definitely stay there again

The continental breakfast was good. They had waffles,pancakes,toast,cereals,juices,fresh fruit etc. The man working the breakfast was excellent! He wrapped up a bowl full of fruit,crackers and a juice box for my little girl.

We've not stayed in Savannah but I will give another thumbs up for Brunswick. We've gotten the Hampton Inn and the Baymont Inn for about $30-$35 via Priceline. Both are really clean and just 3 hours from Orlando!

We stayed the the Kingsland Holidy Inn, nice room and near Cracker barell . Indoor pools are hard to come by down that far.
