Need help with Epcot morning EMH plan

We will be in Epcot on August 26th and will take advantage of morning EMH. We've not had access to EMH before, so I'm a little unsure of what order to do the rides to maximize our time before the rest of the crowd shows up. Test Track and Soarin' are the main focus for us. What are the wait times like during EMH? Would it be possible to do Test Track a couple of times and then move on to Soarin' ? Thanks in advance for any insight into this!

Test Track has single rider, so you can utilize that if your party is able.

I think you can probably get through TT twice before the offsite guests make it to Soarin'. You'll increase your chances if you arrive at EP no later than 7:15-7:30 so you're in the front of the crowd heading in. That should get you in the first set of people designing cars and onto TT pretty quickly. If that doesn't happen, just check your watches when you get off the first time and the wait time. If riding a second time will make you later than 9:00, I'd skip it and head on over to Soarin.

6:45 should do it, because if you just miss the first bus you should have enough time to wait for the next bus and still make it.

We just did Epcot during EMH last week Thursday morning. We arrived right when EMH started at 8am and we headed straight to Test Track. We were later than we should've been because we had about a 25 minute wait and by the time we got off Test Track it was around 8:40-8:45ish. We went straight over to Soarin' and got one ride in before 9am.

Has anyone tried to do TT and Frozen during the EMH? We’re going in June. Can’t do single rider bc we have a 4 year old. He loves frozen but it’ll be his first time tall enough to do TT so we’ll want to do both. We have a FP for Frozen but it’s not until 12:20. We want to do it in the morning too just in case he’s too tired after lunch. We’re not too worried about getting on Soarin. He’s more into cars than he is flying over landmarks at this point. Ha.
