I'm having a hard time deciding on what restaurant to choose for one night during our stay.
We are staying at the Beach Club and I have boiled it down to 3 restaurants.
Be Our Guest, Captain's Grille, and Yachtsman Steakhouse.
Right now we have reservations at Be Our Guest. We have not eaten at any of them except we had lunch at Be Our Guest but not dinner.
We plan on going to MK in the evening is why I have already made a reservation for BOG. We can eat near our resort before going to MK though.
Which would you choose and is Yachtsman Steakhouse worth the extra money?

Since you already have BOG and you're going to MK, I voted to stick with that.

That said: I had dinner at YS this year and really enjoyed it. The filet mignon was delicious. I wouldn't want to eat there, however, then try to go to MK for any quality time. I'd rather make YS its own evening so I could relax and enjoy the meal without worrying about the time and getting to a park afterward.

I vote for none of the above. Captains Grille is a nice little restaurant but not one worth going to from the MK. Yachtsman Steakhouse is one of my top 5 restaurants in WDW, but again with only one night is not one I would travel from the MK either for. BOG is incredible convenient being in the MK, but is one that the food does not measure up to the incredible theme and decor of the place. I myself think that BOG food is very average.

I would make the quick boat ride over to the WL and enjoy an excellent dinner at Artist Point. Another option would be to walk over to the CR and enjoy a nice dinner at the Wave Restaurant or at California Grill. Another option would be to take the monorail over to the Grand Floridian and enjoy a nice dinner at Narcoossee's, Citrico's or Grand Floridian Cafe. All of the mentioned restaurants IMO exceed that of BOG in a landslide. There are just way too many very good restaurants minutes away from the MK for me.

***EDIT***
I just realized you mentioned you are already on the Boardwalk and staying at the Beach Club... Yachtsman Steakhouse certainly becomes a nice option for you. But still, I'd much rather spend the day at the MK, eat at one of the nearby resorts from the MK and then head back and enjoy the evening and Wishes at the MK.

We will already be at the Beach Club before we go so we wont have to travel from MK to Yachtsman Steakhouse or Captain's Grille. I never thought of Artists Point though. I have looked at California Grill and the servings look small.

I do have a Cape May dinner reserved for our free evening at the resort. Now I'm debating on if I should change it to Yachtsman Steakhouse. I love a good steak but we also love crab legs which Cape May has.

I can't really speak to Cape May: haven't been there since 2004 and I'm not a crab legs person. But I really would give the :thumbsup2 to Yachtsman's for a resort night.

And now that it has come up: :thumbsup2 also to Artist Point! Loved it when I was there a couple of years ago, and it is on my short list to return to this year.

I'd go to Yachtsman. Hands down best steak we ever had.

If you still want to try Cape May, I would not hesitate to move that to the day you are going to the MK. Our whole family loves crab legs, so this is a must do for us. We have never had to wait too long, and since it is a buffet, it works for a quicker option before heading to the park.

I would stick with BOG. It is TS for dinner so it will be a different experience than what you had before and we have enjoyed the food both times we have eaten there. Plus it will be more convenient since you will be at the MK.

I voted for BOG, but I could go with Capt. Grille as well. If you want to go to MK in the evening, I would just hesitate doing a signature beforehand (Yachtsman) as it will take much more time to eat your meal. Another option could be Cape May Buffet or even Trattoria al Forno at BWI (you could just take the bus to MK from there).

On your resort day, you may also want to consider going over to the Dolphin and eating at bluezoo. Best restaurant in the Boardwalk area IMHO.

We really enjoyed Yachtsman when we were there in May, awesome steaks but even better service, we had an awesome server! We also really loved Trattoria al Forno!
