Need help with annual pass usage

I bought an Annual Pass on online on January 31, 2006. We went to
Disney on February 27, 2006 where I cashed in my voucher and
got the annual pass. My question is when does it expire 1/31 or
2/27. The pass says it expires on 1/31 but when I called Disney
they said it expires from the date you first use it. I need to know,
because if it's no good on 2/15/07, I will go with a package plan.

It is supposed to expire on the day you used it (2/27) but sometimes when you get the AP, it will print out saying the day you bought the voucher (1/31)... So if you didn't get it corrected when you got it I'm afraid that it probably will expire on 1/31.

If as Lucky says it is, maybe you can see if Disney can correct by checking your records in their system. Just a thought.

Yep, it's supposed to expire 1 year from the time you activated it, which should be 2/27 for you. But if it says it expires on 1/31, then that is what's in the system and that is when it will no longer be valid.
I would call Disney and see if they have a record of the date that you exchanged the voucher for the actual pass. If they do, maybe they can correct the mistake for you.
