Need help with a plan

Going to HRH fron 12/12 to 12/17. I have already booked Breakfast with Grinch, the Gru/Minion Breakfast, going to the Kitchen on Fri night for dinner with Santa. Unfortunately, they are not doing the Luau on Saturday due to a group buy-out. I have planned to see Mannheim at UO on Sunday, I guess I could switch nights.

I have already seen Blue Man twice, and I am drawing a blank for a good Sat. night fill in for the Luau. Any thoughts? TIA
