Need Help With A Paypal Dispute

I'm In Need Of Some Expert Advice....so, Of Course I Come To The Dis.
Here's My Problem: I Sold An Item On Ebay Back In April. The Person Paid Thru Paypal, The Item Was Shipped Right Away. At The Same Time 2 Other Items Were Shipped And I Have Gotten +feedback From Those 2. Well Anyway, This Person Has Now Filed A Complaint With Paypal Saying They Haven't Gotten The Item. This Is The First Time I Have Been Notified. The Person Never Notified Me Directly. What Can I Do.

How did you ship the item? Did you use delivery confirmation or tracking? Have you attempted to email the purchaser to work things out?

Also-just my .02--it is super hard to read your post with every word capitalized. I don't know if it is just me, but I find that really hard to look at it.

In your notice from Paypal, you should of been asked to show proof of delivery, and they'll want to know that you shipped to a confirmed address, If you used Delivery Confirmation, and it was delivered, you just need to give PP the DC number. If both of these PP rules have been followed, you will be ok. If not, then they will most likely do a chargeback.
