need help with a bday card to announce our trip to wdw

we are suprising my will be 7 year old grandson with a 10 day trip to wdw this november. It is actually my birthday the same week. (me being grandma)
I have seen so many wonderfull creations and I did try to search but had no luck. has anyone made a card before basically stating happy 7th birthday Stevie.with power rangers and mickey or basically anyone, and on the inside say guess where we are going Disneyworld and his airline tickets will be inside./We'll tell everyone to bring disney dollars instead of gifts and give us our card last. He will be so syked. So has anyone here created any type of card like this that can be personalized for me.
