Need help sizing, and printing Autograph pgs

I have not had any problems with T-shirt transfers. Got those figured out no problem.

This weekend I went to begin working on the Autograph books. I have had a problem with the sizing and printing out on the cards. Now, I have not printed on the 81/2 x 11 sized card stock yet. I tried to print on the Avery post card size sheets.

They don't fit on them, they are the index card sized with six to one page.

I did get a couple to sort of work out. Also, how do you bind these pages???
I found some two ring index card binders that are red, blue and lime green. I thought I could print the covers onto a mailing label and stick it on the front. But, alas again could not size them right.

Am I doing something wrong, I have the Print Artist program and it doesn't have all the Avery numbers in its choices. But, I can move them into the Microsoft folders and use the normal printer selections, might have those Avery numbers in there.

I even designed a few covers on my own just to give it a try and they looked pretty good, just can't get them printed.
