Need help, shopping for a PC for the kids

It's just for the kids to use for CD-roms, pictures and stuff, no internet.

Looking for something affordable, nothing fancy.

Any recommendations?
 
Dell has regular specials on basic PC's. Usually around $299 with free shipping.
